**Traveling with your dog/dogs - Please read and acknowledge prior to booking if traveling with 1 or 2 dogs. 2 dogs maximum allowed. Please make sure pup is added to the reservation.
We welcome dogs and love them dearly! We are happy to host you and up to 2 dogs (fur babies) of up to 50 lbs each. I'm sorry but cats are not allowed. While we value our pet guests very much, we do kindly ask pups to not be on the couch or on the beds/bedding. Pet hair is very difficult to get out of the couch/bedding and requires a much more detailed and expensive cleaning, also we need to be respectful for the guests we host who do not have pets/dogs due to allergies. Please note, we do have a vacuum cleaner at the house to help keep dog hair under control, especially if you have a breed that does shed quite a bit. Our non-refundable pet fee of $150 goes to our cleaner as it requires more time and effort to have a pristine turnover when dogs are present as well as helps to cover some costs with additional wear and tear on our property. We ask you to please bring your fur babies' pet bed so that they feel comfortable and at home during their stay. Please be courteous by picking up doggy poo in the yard area, front and back. Poo bags are available in the basket by the front door entryway. If you think that your pup in anyway could cause damage to our property by chewing, scratching, etc while you are away from the property, please bring their crate with you to prevent such occurrences. We strive to keep our property in great condition for you and others! Thank you for your consideration in advance and appreciating the ability to have your pup with you during your travels while in our home.
*Extended Stays - Extended stays of 14 nights of more will require a higher cleaning fee upon checking out of $250.
Extended stays of 1 month (28 nights - 30 nights) cleaning fee will be $300.
Extended stays of 2 months (56 nights or more) will require a mid-stay cleaning at the guests expense and the $300 cleaning fee upon checking out. The fee that is built into the VRBO platform of $180 covers a rental turnover cleaning of 13 nights or less. It does not allow me to create a set fee for 14 nights or more, so please understand that we would be requesting the remaining additional payment through the VRBO platform in order to fulfill the remaining balance for cleaning, depending on your length of stay. Thank you in advance for your consideration and understanding. We take great pride in our property and in order to maintain it, we need to follow the above mentioned cleaning schedule.
