This is a lovely example of a 3 star hotel. Friendly staff front desk and cleaning staff. The restaurant wait staff were excellent. Very clean common areas and rooms. The breakfast menu and food were very good. The restaurant becomes a Boston Pizza at night. I personally found the food on the supper menu inedible. The Caesar Salad was drowning in dressing - more soup than salad. The pizza had no taste and the crust was too tough to eat. I would recommend going elsewhere for supper.

Weird shower. There’s some kinda catch at the front of the shower that led to the tub filling up with dirty water so your feet are covered

Cleanliness is exceptional as well as their house keeping service is quick and efficient. In our room their air conditioning was not working correctly and had to call tech to fix. Thermostats are not in good condition. But their staff was able to fix the issue so no complaints about service. Washroom did not have exhaust fan which was quirt surprising for this great property. There was a vent though but not helpful when taking hot showers. Overall it was great stay!!

Unfortunately, staff didn't control the loud drinking guests really late into the morning. Guests across the hall woke us up because of their loudness. It ruined our sleep making our long drive home very difficult. It really did damage our experience.
