Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in the commune of Sarzeau in the heart of the seaside resort of Penvins, this charming Duplex apartment with stunning sea views, located less than 20m from the beach. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor and measuring 55 m², this apartment can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It includes a lovely 55 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
Ground floor :
- A 55 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and separate bathroom sink
- Separate WC
First floor:
- A sleeping area on the mezzanine with 2 single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A shared garden with a picnic table to enjoy on sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Sarzeau, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park place number 7.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Please note that the first floor is not at street level and that 13 steps are required to access the ground-floor rooms.
