We stayed on a newly renovated floor. Rooms were cozy and comfy. Only issue we had the room was very dry. Our noses and throat hurt in the morning. It was very quiet. Easy to walk around downtown and very convenient.

When i arrived the front clerk was very friendly and knowledgable. After checkingme into a newly renovated room i was handed two free bottles of water which were well appreciated. The room was on the 11th floor and was wonderful. The cleaning staff were very friendly and would definitely stay again.

Woke up to drilling and hammer above my head and beside us at 8:30 in the morning. Terrible experience as it was my husband B-Day and I was hoping for him to be able to relax and sleep in. Don’t know why they would put us in that room. Also our drain to the tub was plugged and because of the renovations they turned the water off before check out so we had no water to flush toilet, or wash hands .

A very badly managed out of all Garden Inn's

I had a 6:00 a.m. flight back home. The guest could not enter the room opposite to my room. The guest was scream and yelling and worst the security guard standing next to my room door, playing with his keys loudly. Due to the noises, I could not sleep till the time to airport. I called the front desk, nothing was done. I am very disappointed. During my stay of 3 nights, there was zero housekeeping
