The home remains less than 15 feet from the water’s edge and its iconic, A-shaped roof remains its most recognizable feature.
As A-frames are known for their interior abundance of natural light, this home’s entire waterfront has become a wall of windows with expansive, unrivaled view of the water and downtown Saugatuck. Plus, the interior of the home has been expanded to include bedrooms, lofts, and luxury modern home amenities like a rooftop deck veranda.
