SLEEPING SPACES
Bedrooms include:

- Bedroom #1 (main level): Queen bed
- Bedroom #2 (main level): 2 twin beds
- Bedroom #3 (second level): King bed
- Bedroom #4 (second level): Queen bed
-Bedroom #5 (second level - attached to Bedroom #4). Please note this bedroom is attached to the queen bedroom on second level and includes a twin bed with a twin trundle and can comfortably sleep 2. This room is perfect for families with young children.

KITCHEN
Chef’s kitchen with large dining room table is available for family feasts and romantic dinners alike. The kitchen features ample counter space, dishwasher and modern stainless steel appliances, and is stocked with all the cookware you will need.

HOME THEATER
Enjoy your favorite films in cinematic splendor in our in home theater.

HOT TUB
Soak in the bubbling bliss of the private hot tub, enveloped by the tranquil sounds of nature and private pergola.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

In unit washer dryer and detergent is included with your stay

PARKING
The driveway is large enough to accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces

MAINTENANCE
Routinely scheduled maintenance such as lawn care, hot tub treatment, snow plowing may happen during your stay. We’ll do our best to not disturb you.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests are free to access all areas except for any locked closets or pantries.

SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests must sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement upon booking. It includes key details like check-in/out times, house rules, and other important stay information.

Other things to note:

DRINKING WATER
Our home includes a reverse osmosis system so that you can enjoy crystal clear and delicious drinking water during your stay.

PETS
Dogs under 50 lbs are welcome for an additional fee of $100 per pet per stay.

If you want to bring more than 2 dogs or any over 50lb, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis, at $150 per pet, per stay.

PARTIES
Absolutely no parties are allowed in our home!

SAUGERTIES TOWNSHIP NOISE ORDINANCE
As our home is located in a quiet neighborhood, please respect our neighbors and quiet hours should be strictly observed between the hours of 930pm and 8am.

-Please note that we do not provide firewood for guests and will need to be purchased separately if you are intending to use the outdoor fire pit.
