This property is not a in a great area and certainly an area where you do not walk at night. You are not safe. The property itself is not great. Very strange vibe. Needs updating and cleaning.

Run down hotel, overpriced , no toilet paper in room on arrival , breakfast ok just staff very laid back in replenishing food and drinks ,people had to ask for food and drinks!! No milk, chocolate milk , yogurt pancake mix for mostly kids, oatmeal was not replenished had to ask staff, no tea bags, overall breakfast could be lot better and tables not enough!!

Make no mistake, this is a huge property. We had to walk some distance to the room. The room was very nice and quiet. We used the hot tub in the common area and there was a pool and sauna, which we did not use. The canal area of town, where this property is located, has seen better times, but we did not feel concerned about safety. The hot breakfast was very nicely done and there were plenty of food choices to select from. On site parking seemed adequate. Overall, would recommend staying at this property.

Everything was good. It's just that it seemed the staff in the free breakfast area was overwhelmed and short handed, there should have been at least a couple more people. Their coffee was running out garbage overflowing and food running out on the heating trays, just etc.

Creaky bed, dirty elevator, door wouldn't close to room since walls have shifted, door wouldn't lock in bathroom unless pushed with lots of force since walls have shifted. Crusted something on the volume button of the TV remote so obviously not cleaned. No parking first night we stayed even though you pay a $6 fee. Desk clerks never gave any info on pool hours or breakfast hours....just gave the keys and that's it. Never asked how our stay was when we left either. Someone's windshield broken in parking lot on first night. A local told us not to leave anything in vehicle because it would be broken in to.

The staff were wonderful at checking and during our two day stay. There were gluten free options at breakfast and the ladies took care of making the gluten free options (toast and oatmeal) and brought it to my table. There were many breakfast options each day. Definitely went above and beyond. The pool and hot tub area were extremely clean as was our room. Staff were accommodating when we requested additional items, towels and pillows. Would recommend this hotel.
