We stayed in a beautiful suite with 2 queen beds. Everything was clean and the service staff were incredibly friendly. They had dine-in and take-out options that were very well advertised. Our visit was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient with large supermarkets and plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel’s interior was quite good as well. The only drawback was the noise at night, which seemed to come from the aging air conditioning system.

We stayed the night here after a long day of hiking and sightseeing from Sudbury. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant located in the hotel. Dinner was excellent and lots to choose from on the menu.

Great stay. We arrived late to eat and have a none alcoholic drink at the outdoor bar/patio area and the staff let us come in and have something to eat and drink even though it was close to closing. Much appreciated.

If staying in Sault Ste. Marie, this is a must. Reasonable comfortable hotel with a fantastic restaurant and bar. I have stayed here many times, not a bad thing to say!
