Country House 'Can Gat Vell' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Can Gat Vell consists of two fully restored 18th century farmhouses, one facing each other: the Masia Grande with three apartments, and the Masia Pequeña with three semi-detached houses at garden level.

'La Masia Grande' is located in the beautiful medieval village of Llampaies and is perfect to enjoy a unique vacation with your loved ones.



Shared spaces include gardens, swimming pools (adults and children, with fence), swings, ping pong table, barbecue, chicken coop with animals, soccer goal, basketball basket.

The farmhouse has 2 floors: on the ground floor, there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor, there are 2 more dwellings with their living room and kitchen. In total, there are 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, accommodating up to 20 people. Additional services include Wi-Fi, SAT TV, air conditioning/fan in some rooms, propane heating, washing machine. Crib (extra) and high chair available. The farmhouse has 2 open terraces, a covered terrace, a barbecue and a portable barbecue (charcoal). The property has 5 fans (in 4 bedrooms and 1 living room). On the ground floor of the farmhouse, there is a playroom for children (to be shared).



The farm is 2.5 km from Camallera, with supermarket, restaurant, bar and train station. The beaches of the Costa Brava, in l'Escala or Sant Martí d'Empúries, are 17 km away. Girona and the Dalí Museum in Figueres are 20 minutes away. Other places of interest nearby are the monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, Besalú and the volcanoes, as well as medieval villages such as Peratallada or Pals.

As Can Gat Vell is not located in an isolated place, no parties or music are allowed.



The rural farm has a study of “Good Sustainability Practices”, its houses have been categorized with “claus” and “espigues” by the autonomous government of Catalonia.
