Pro: large area. huge great shower. very clean. stocked kitchen. great location, we walked everywhere. comfortable king bed. Cons: on the third floor and no elevator so take that into consideration. we saw an older couple struggling to climb up. no free parking, we used spot hero but there is paid street parking.

A little hiccup elevator out of service and took few to confirm the front main steps are going to be our new entrance and towel hook in bathroom hanging but other than that this place is amazing! I know we will return for a romantic weekend of just wondering and enjoying Historic Savannah as always is great but this made the trip perfect with the location! Right by food bars and of course our fav coffee shop across the street!! This will be a go to if available for all of our future trips

Accessibility a real problem despite having non-working elevators, for years now from what I understand. Navigated 55 stairs up, then down for every excursion. Kitchen not fully equipped if you intend to cook. 2 trash bags for a 7 day stay. Security entrance needs improvement.

Nice location, clean room, exceptional stay. The only negatives were there are lots of stairs and the elevator didn’t work (at least we couldn’t figure out how to use it). Also, if you have a car, parking spaces are limited.

The property met our needs. The elevator was out of service. It’s a top floor unit. We couldn’t use our refrigerator because it smelled awful. Someone must’ve left food to spoil before we arrived. Savannah is always lovely to visit. Several coffee shops and restaurants located nearby.

Live like a King for a day or a week. This place is nice. It would be hard to find much if anything wrong with the entire experience. The only minor detail that was a hassle was the door when he set up. Other than that everything else is top notch. For the money you cannot beat what you get at the KASA Jules!

Yes- in room/house washing machine and dryer. DO NOT put the lint trap in backwards. (You don't know if you are doing it or not) until you try for an hour to figure out what is wrong with the dryer and hang wet clothes everywhere to find out. "Oh, the lint trap is probably backwards" Hello- put a label on the dryer??

A great getaway

Location was great, walking distance to everything, surrounded by great restaurants, and coffee shops. The unit is lovely, spacious and clean. Just know there’s lots of stairs, up to the unit and if on the second or third floor you can get your steps in,

Great Location.

We had a snafu early on. There was something wrong with the AC. They switched our room to a fourth floor unit, but there is no elevator in this location. Later, we could have switched back, but we elected not to pack everything back up. Onsite manager did everything possible for us. It was just a bit of bad luck. Location is very convenient. We we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Overall it was a good value.

The elevator did not work the four days we stayed there. The neighbor indicated that the air conditioning in his unit was not working. Needed to turn on both the hot water in each of the sinks to get ample hot water.

I absolutely loved the Jules! It was clean, the a/c was nice and cool, the soap products in the bathroom were so awesome, I bought some after I got home! The reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 was the elevator did not work for our entire stay. Lugging a 48 lb suitcase up 3 flights of stairs wasn’t fun and I’ve got knee problems.

Perfect location, home away from home!

A step back in time with modern day amenities. It’s a definite WOW factor walking through that door. Honestly, I would live there in a heartbeat, minus the noise from the bar behind us. Now I see why you have earplugs available! But I had a sound machine that ended up drowning out the noise for most of it. We are definitely looking forward to a return. Bed so cozy, shower so powerful, living area is peaceful!
