This is a lovely hotel in the middle of town, with superior valet and Hotel staff! Service at the restaurant downstairs was good but rather slow for breakfast and dinner both. Rooftop bar service was amazing, and the drinks & nibbles were v good. One complaint: dust was prevalent on the bathroom fixtures & the room in general needed a good wipe down. Also, sheets smelled of chlorine. Otherwise the room was clean, well appointed and spacious.

Friendly helpful staff. Room was clean and beautiful. Quiet clean hallways. No lines. Great location to walk to everything. Heated pool with a great rooftop view. Great water pressure. Only thing was gym treadmills need to be replaced. Not good for knees with no cushion. Water bottles and fruit provided. I would definitely stay there again and I 100% recommend this hotel in every way.

Beautiful, well curated hotel with an amazing location! Must see sunset from the rooftop bar. Complimentary champagne in the lobby is a nice treat. The most comfortable bed with luxury linens. I love, love, love the signature scent by Byredo Le Chemin for Luxury Collection. I had to buy a bottle at the front desk! The staff goes above and beyond. Perry Lane Hotel is a must stay when visiting Savannah!

Randy rodriguez the concierge was EXCELLENT. Reign at front desk was very sweet. Now they do not have 24 hour room service. And calling the front desk and in room dining was a problem. No one ever answered. Also we were left waiting for over an hour for car service and the hotel never responded to our call to update us.
