Friendly staff & a good location! We enjoyed the local coffee shop around the corner. There are so many places to go to see & great restaurants! The Pink House Restaurant was excellent! Get reservations early!

Strange in Savannah

If you are looking for mediocre with a side of strange, this is it. We checked in early and were give no offer of early check in, just told check in is at 3pm. We did get offers with online check in for $30 to $75 to pay for an early check which I had not seen before and is a terrible practice. When we did check in, I went my room and an employee was sitting in there. Looked to be lounging around. He said nothing as he slowly walked out. No I'm sorry, nothing. Hotel itself was fine. Room fairly comfortable with bathroom showing some age. Some employees nice, others just ignored you. There are many options in Savannah, I'd go somewhere else.

Everything was excellent but missed restaurant

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was convenient. I wish they had a restaurant on the premises but its under renovation. My family and I will stay again.

Good value at a convenient historic area location.

This stay there was no microwave in the room even though there was a place for one. We had one in the room last time we stayed here. Not a big deal but we did have to go down to the lobby to heat up food one morning, won’t affect me staying there again but microwaves are cheap you know!

This was a dirty run down hotel. Way too expensive for what it was. Broken furniture, dirty pillows, air conditioning was super loud making it impossible to have a good night sleep. Staff was okay friendly, and it was not very far from the downtown area. That’s the only positive thing about the nasty hotel.
