Enter the main house, which welcomes you with its spacious living area featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen and a large farmhouse table, perfect for enjoying delicious meals from our beautiful region together. A few steps lead to the lounge area with a television. A separate WC is also located on this level.

Upstairs: two bedrooms: Les Hirondelles (two single beds 80x200cm that can be separated or joined upon request) and Le Rosier (one double bed 160x200cm). There is also a separate shower room and a separate WC.

A second building, the former barn, offers four beautiful bedrooms: three suites—"Le Châtaigniers," "L'Acacia," and "Le Tilleul"—each with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), air conditioning, and a private bathroom with toilet; and upstairs, the fourth bedroom, "Le Noyer," with two single beds (80x200 cm), a separate bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the garden level, enjoy a tea room with a sofa, a small refrigerator, and a children's play area with books, games, and a picture. Finally, at the rear of the house, beyond the private courtyard, discover the duplex. The ground floor comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a two-seater sofa, a television, a table and two chairs, and a separate toilet; while the upper floor features a lovely bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and an open-plan bathroom. For your convenience, a separate outdoor laundry room is available with a washing machine and dryer, as well as all the necessary baby equipment (stair gate, high chair, travel cot, baby bath, changing mat).

The advantage of this property is that all bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning for your comfort. Outside, everything is designed for your stay: a shaded terrace in the main courtyard with a summer kitchen, a griddle, and a large garden lounge. Through a gate from the courtyard, you'll find a second outdoor area: a wellness area comprised of a former tobacco drying barn with a terrace furnished with sun loungers and deck chairs for relaxing together. Inside, there is a heated indoor swimming pool (6 x 3.5 m, 1.35 m deep, saltwater), a shower, and a toilet. A pétanque court in a separate building is also available, along with a sauna that is temporarily unavailable. At the entrance to the property, you can park your vehicles in the two designated parking areas and store your bicycles or motorcycles in a private, enclosed storage area.

Spread across three independent buildings, the property includes a main house for 4 people, an outbuilding (a former barn) for 8 people, and a duplex for 2 people, ideal for holidays with family or friends. This accommodation is distinguished by its wellness area, housed in a former tobacco drying barn, featuring a heated indoor pool accessible year-round, as well as a sauna (currently unavailable) and a pétanque court for relaxing after your days of sightseeing. Upon request, cooking workshops can be arranged with Pascale, the owner, in her private workshop; sophrology sessions can be led by a professional; and Shinrin Yoku (Japanese forest bathing) walks can be arranged with a specialized guide.
