Hotel not what was advertised.

Very disappointing. Hotel deceptive on booking site as many facilities offered were not available. Definitely not ‘Nature’ Hotel. Hotel old building on busy road being renovated and was not finished. Rooms small and hot. Reception was 1k away. No staff on site except breakfast cook who could not speak English. Breakfast on first day was preprepared. Nowhere to leave bags after checkout. Towels thin and old. No bedside lamps, no kettle, no onsite cafe. However staff at reception were helpful and made numerous trips to hotel to solve problems, and Finnish cook on site did his best as well.staff went above and beyond their roles to try to make stay pleasant despite problems. Definitely not what was advertised on Hotels.com. And not worth the money.

Siisti, pieni hotelli ja helppo sekä ilmainen pysäköinti, aamiais- ja ravintolatila kivan valoisa ja skandinaavinen. Suihkun kellertävä ruskeat tiiviste nauhat voisi uusia, vanhat ja jo esteettisesti rumat.

Hyvällä paikalla, siisti pikkuhotelli, huone ja kylppäri pienet, mutta ajavat asiansa. Aamupala ankea, sekasyöjälle löytyy kelmää munakasta ja nakkia, vegaanille teetä ja vesimelonia.

Hyvä hotelli

Sänky ja tyyny olivat todella mukavia. Huoneen sai mukavan viileäksi. Ilmastointilaitteeseen kertyi toisen päivän mittaan kosteutta ja vettä tippui sängylle ja huoneen matolle, mutta henkilökunta oli asiasta ilmoittaessamme tosi asiakaspalvelualttiita ja tarjosivat uutta huonetta. Kieltäydyimme siitä, koska kyse oli enää vain yhdestä yöstä ja aamuun mennessä kosteutta ei tainnut enää laitteessa ollakaan. Aamiaiselta myös löytyi kaikki tarvittavat perusasiat. Hotelli oli kävelymatkan päässä nähtävyyksistä. Kaiken kaikkiaan yöpyminen meni hyvin ja tulisimme uudestaankin!

Miten omasta mielestä meni...

En tiedä oliko allergia-huone (oli sovittu ja varmistettu sekä siivouksen tehostus) kun oli kokolattiamatto. Aamulla silmät turvoksissa, nenä tukossa ja kurkku käheä. Eli epäilys kova. Oli hienoa, että oli huonekohtainen ilmanvaihto kone tai vastaava mutta ikävä oli kun aamulla sänky oli jalkopäästä litimärkä ja lattiakin. Liekkö tiputtanut kone pitkäänkin? Terveysriski.

Sunnuntai aamulla emme saa aamiaista, vaikka maksoin 2 yön yöpyminen hinta oli melkein 400 euroa ja pitäis sisältää aamiainen. Lauantaina oli aamiainen, mutta tänään ei yhtää . Aamiais aikana tulimme ajoissa noin klo. 9.45 , mutta ei ketä ei ollut ja jääkaappi missä oli kirjoittu, että tässä saatte ruoka oli aivan tyhjä . Melkein sama aikana tulivat myös ihmiset , ketkä olivat yöpyö siellä ja sama kun me jäivät nälkiä. Sen jälkeen meille ei jää mitään kun lähteä kotiin nälkään ,muutama tuntia kestää matka.

Ihan OK

Huoneistossa oli kaksi huonetta, mikä oli mukava asia 3 hlön seurueelle. Kolmas vuode eli vuodesohva olisi kaivannut petauspatjan. Kaksi varsinaista vuodetta olivat oikein mukavia. Kylpyhuoneen suihkuseinä oli rikki. Makuuhuoneen toinen lukuvalaisin oli myös rikki. Hotellin sijainti oli paras mahdollinen Olavinlinnan vieressä. Aamiainenkin oli OK. Olimme kyllä ihan tyytyväisiä vierailuun!

Vastinetta rahalle

Siisti pieni hotelli. Koska olimme autolla liikkeellä, ettei haitannut vaikka respa sijaitsi melko kaukana. Aamupala oli hyvä, huoneet pienet mutta siistit. Hyvä hinta-laatu -suhde jopa oopperajuhlien aikaan.

Sijainti hyvä lähellä Olavinlinnaa. Pääsimme sisään koodilla ja saimme avainkortin samalla, se oli toimiva ratkaisu. Aamupala oli hyvä. Huone siisti.
