Upon arrival to Casa Cariño we will have ice-cold water and beer waiting for you. The main living area opens out to the picture-perfect, tranquil pool/garden terrace with expansive ocean views and loungers for sunning. The main level features a sliding wood framed glass door that disappears into the wall when fully open so you can fully enjoy indoor/outdoor tropical living. A private heated saltwater pool with waterfall and wading area is surrounded by lush, landscaped gardens and 6 hole mini-golf course for kids of all ages to enjoy (adults too)! There are built-in outdoor surround sound Bluetooth speakers for you to play your favorite tunes. Plenty of outdoor seating great for al fresco dining on all levels including the rooftop terrace perched atop the home with jaw-dropping, panoramic ocean and mountainside views.

The well-appointed kitchen is designed for your entertaining pleasure. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, gas stove (no oven), refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, cooking utensils & knives, silverware, plates, serving bowls, automatic wine opener, cutting boards, spices, wine glasses, coffee cups and drinkware. Everything you need to prepare anything from meals to margaritas. Main level is an open floor plan with a living room and dining room that looks out onto the lush garden and pool with ocean views. There is an awesome outdoor BBQ grill for all your grilling needs including grilling utensils. We also include the first bag of ice in the freezer for you!

The 2nd level features two master suites with glass doors that open up to an oversized ocean view balcony with lounging chairs and a separate sitting area.

LOCATION
The location is absolutely the best in Sayulita! Casa Cariño is located in the exclusive south-central area, on a little hill directly above Sayulita’s premiere beach. The beach and town are a delightful 2-minute walk via a beautifully landscaped, paved, meandering path. Restaurants, bars, shops, and everything is no more than a 5-minute stroll.

TRULY STUNNING POOL!!
The swimming pool is HEATED in the cooler months (generally between December and April) – it is ozone-treated with a touch of salt. The pool features a shallowing wading area perfect for sunning or kids, basketball hoop, tranquil waterfall and is surrounded by lush, tropical gardens. Kids of all ages enjoy the new 6-hole mini-golf course.

DAILY BREAKFAST INCLUDED!
How would you like waking up in the morning, without having to do anything?! Mayte will have coffee ready, fresh fruit out and she will prepare a delicious breakfast for everyone! Please note there is no breakfast or housekeeping on Sunday or holidays. The available menu options are sent prior to your arrival for you to select.

ROOFTAP PALAPA TERRACE with PANORAMIC VIEWS
The rooftop terrace is the place to be! This is hands down one of the most popular features of the house. There is a luxury lounging area, custom bar for all your beverage needs. The bar features two beverage refrigerators, blender, barware utensils, cutting boards, and ice bucket. Simply stock the refrigerators with your favorite beverages or use the blender to whip up an ice-cold margarita! Great location for al fresco dining too. The comfort and view are beyond perfection.

INTERNET
The house is equipped with PREMIUM WI-FI fiber optic internet available throughout the entire house if you must stay connected. We utilize SayulitaWiFi which is a newer broad band service in the area and much more reliable. Most homes do not offer this premium service!! Service interruptions can still occasionally happen, if you have to work and must stay connected, a backup hot spot is a good idea. (We often stream multiple TV’s (i.e., Netflix), work conference calls, and music streaming simultaneously without any issues).

We cater to your wants and needs! The home is fully staffed with our housekeeper (Mayte), and our property manager (Frank). Daily housekeeping included in the rate (except Sundays & Holidays). We provide a Welcome Email about a month prior to your stay with helpful info to help you prepare for your trip! We offer additional services such as airport transfers, golf cart rental arrangements, and scheduling any activities or excursions you may choose. Please reach out if you have any specific requests or need recommendations! Our property manager, Frank, speaks English and Spanish and will be there to greet you. During your stay Frank is available to assist you with any information or services you may need.

GOLF CART & PARKING
There are golf carts available for rental in town. We can arrange for one to be delivered to the house prior to your arrival. We have a parking space for a golf cart. There is street parking available right on the block if you have a car.

DEPOSITS & REFUNDS:
All reservations require a deposit of 50% in order to hold the dates. The balance of the rental charge is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
We also collect a $700 refundable damage security deposit 14 days prior to arrival date.
