The hotel was beautiful and clean and in a great location (central but in a quieter area). The staff were great and held our luggage while we were waiting for check in (and after we checked out) and let us enjoy the pool while we waited.

Stayed in April 2026 with 2 girlfriends and absolutely loved the hotel and the location. The hotel was spotless and our room with 2 queens was plenty big for the 3 of us. Having coffee in the hallway on each floor was a nice touch. We spent many hours relaxing in and around the pool. Our only complaint, if anything, is that the beds and pillows were really firm. Would highly recommend Ximena and would definitely return!

Wonderful hotel! Nicely decorated, spacious rooms. Great staff. Loved the roof top pool. Perfect location - away from the crowds and loud noice, but only minutes walking distance to the beach, shops, taxi's, bus stop, restaurants, etc. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean and gorgeous rooms. Perfect location, just outside of the busy / loud area of town, but a super quick, less than 5 minute walk to both the main square and the beach. Gorgeous rooftop patio and pool that we enjoyed multiple times during our stay. Wonderful stay in Sayulita !
