• The property owner will be present on-site overnight throughout the duration of each booking per county regulation. The owner occupies a separate, fully self-contained unit with a private entrance and will not access guest-designated areas. Guests are granted exclusive use of the main house, including the basement, as specified in the ad listing.

• Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to twelve (12) individuals at all times, including registered guests and any visitors, in compliance with local regulations.

• Street parking is strictly prohibited. Parking is limited to the driveway only, with a maximum of four (4) vehicles permitted at any time, including visitors’ vehicles. Any violation may result in penalties or enforcement action.
