Located on the second floor of a building constructed in 2023, it is easily accessible by elevator.

A digital TV connection provides entertainment, and Wi-Fi is also available free of charge.

A reserved parking space is available directly at the apartment. In addition, there are communal parking areas with paid electric vehicle charging stations.
Your bicycle is also taken care of: it can be securely parked in a communal shelter.

The development of the new "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No further major construction work is expected. Some areas, particularly the surrounding grounds, are still undergoing visual transformation.

For all bookings with a stay from April 1, 2026, the city of Schleswig charges an overnight tax of 5% on the total price excluding VAT. This will be shown on the booking confirmation in addition to the total price.

The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard with great attention to detail and is therefore not available for use by construction workers. We reserve the right to refuse such bookings.
