Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Bergblick.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine schöne Terrasse sowie einen Garten, der gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Bäcker und ein Metzger (beim Metzger ist nur Barzahlung möglich). Außerdem gibt es direkt nebenan einen Italiener und ein Gasthaus. Somit ist man bestens mit allem versorgt, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Mit dem Auto oder Bus erreicht man in kürzester Zeit Berchtesgaden und den Königssee. Auch für Hundebesitzer ist die Lage ideal, da sich direkt von der Ferienwohnung aus einige schöne kleine Gassirunden anbieten. Cons: Uns war vorab nicht bewusst, dass der Garten mit direktem Zugang zu unserem Balkon zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung gehört. Für uns war das während des Aufenthalts kein Problem, da die Gäste der anderen Ferienwohnungen den Garten nicht genutzt haben. Dennoch könnte es für zukünftige Gäste hilfreich sein, diese Information bereits in der Beschreibung zu erwähnen, da dies für manche sicherlich eine wichtige Rolle bei der Buchungsentscheidung spielen könnte.

Pros: Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation per WhatsApp. Saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit schönem, großzügigen Garten. War alles da, was man braucht. Bäcker, Metzger und Restaurant direkt vor der Tür. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder 👍🏼 Cons: Wlan könnte besser sein aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau
