The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do not strip the beds. Leave beds unmade. Any beds not slept in should be left made. Leave all used towels on the bathroom floor or in the laundry chute.
Please lock all doors and securely close all windows except upstairs hall window. Exit through mud room and lock only the deadbolt, not the handle, using the keypad. Gate should be closed and locked.
It’s hoped you will haul your own garbage out, but if not please collect all trash in the main trash can and place bag into the trailer by the carport. There are extra trash bags in the trash can.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
