Plus, this color scheme is sprinkled throughout the tiny home, with accent wallpaper and artwork creating a sweet and cozy vibe that's hard to resist.



While residing here you will have access to on-site activities such as Disc Golf, Hiking Paths, Corn Hole, a Dog Park, a Horseshoe Pit, communal Sauna and Hot Tub, a Putting Green, General Store, and stocked Charcoal Grills and Fire Pits with outdoor seating. Our vacation rentals come with a complimentary two-seater golf cart during your stay. The Tiny Cottages feature a lofted bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed, dressed in top-of-the-line linens, which is accessible by a pull-down ladder. Our kitchen is small yet mighty, equipped with many of the amenities you are accustomed to at home, including a dishwasher, mini fridge with a freezer, a Keurig and more. Our full-sized bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plush towels.

BY CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION, YOU'RE AGREEING TO OUR GOLF CART USAGE & LIABILITY TERMS LISTED BELOW. - In exchange for the privilege of using this golf cart, you are accepting responsibility for your own negligence. - You must be 16 years of age and possess a valid drivers license to operate the golf cart, no minors are allowed to operate the golf cart. - The golf cart must remain on the property, driven safely, and never be driven anywhere other than the golf cart path. - Maximum of 2 people on the golf cart, passengers must be seated. - Driving or riding in a golf cart can result in serious injury, property damage, or even death. You are liable for all medical and legal claims that may arise from using the golf cart. - You agree to pay for any damage to the cart and agree to accept the payment request if a payment request is sent by us for damages. - Anyone seen abusing golf cart terms will forfeit all privileges immediately -- no speeding or reckless driving allowed. - You voluntarily agree to accept the risk of using a golf cart and on behalf of yourself, your personal representatives, and your heirs herby voluntarily release the aforementioned business, and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, action, causes of action, suits, judgements and demands for bodily injury, property damage, loss of life and / or loss of service, in law or equity that may in any way or manner arise out of use of the golf cart.
