The Hotel offers a rare find,”24hr airport shuttle” they DO NOT OFFER THIS, the shuttle only runs from 8am to 4pm. We got to the hotel at 8pm tired and needed a shuttle to the airport at 5am … the hotel person just said you can call a taxi or uber to take you. WHAT ?? This was the only reason I booked this Hotel!!! They did not even bother to help with our luggage or even bother to tell us the way to the elevator struggling with 4 suitcase going the wrong way… until my husband asked which way to our room!!!!! Horrible customer service… will never stay at this Hotel… Expedia made it right they took care of us, safety trip to the airport :) Thank God! Thank you EXPEDIA!!

The hotel added extra charges for optional amenities i explicitly told them i would opt out of. When I made them aware of these charges upon check out they said i will not be charged and sent me on my way. My credit card was then charged 2 days later and it took me speaking to 3 different front desk reps and being on hold for cumulatively over an hour to have them removed. Poor coordination from the hotel and staff. Will never stay there again.
