4 bedroom villa, $3200 paid for less than 18 hour stay for 4 couples. Ceiling water leak found in master bathroom during room check in/villa tour, 4 maintenance personnel unable to fix, by morning the leak had created a hole and was pouring! Master bathroom under sink cabinet was opened and the door fell off, shower sliding door was off track and wouldn’t open properly. Villa WiFi was not working, separate maintenance personnel were called and again unable to fix the problem so the hotel room phones were not available to use to concierge, room service, etc. The list of unacceptable room services and inconveniences continues further, especially after paying over $3,200 for one night!

This was one of the best experiences we've ever had. The hotel is spectacular, as is the shuttle service and the hotel staff. The only thing I didn't like is that when you purchase the stay package, they don't tell you about the room and service fees, and then they charge you at the end of your stay, which are unavoidable. But the stay was truly spectacular!!!

Property was decent for the price but they need to work on staff and educate the understanding that most people travel miles to be there. We found it very sad to see the lack of hospitality and attention. Every bill adds 20% which isn't an issue but most servers take it as a standard. Please work on employee moral.

Service was outstanding, marina is lovely, food was very good, room was comfortable. North Beach is small but lovely, with exception that the water was very shallow and not swimable, needed water shoes to protect feet in water. ***NOTE: even though Expedia advertised that they are transparent about property fees and charged roughly 30% for taxes and fees, Scrub island also charged daily resort/ room amenity fees of nearly $100/ day in addition at check out. Expedia could not explain their tax&fee charge or itemize it, and were apparently unaware of the resort fees.

The property was great. The only concern we had was dinner at Cardamon (the nicest restaurant) the hostess and server were not friendly and seemed put out by our presence. The person working the Hut for use of kyaks not very helpful on where to go for snorkeling. Staff at the pool bar and concierge and check-in were great!

Scrub Island is a beautiful location with several dining options and a several nice swimming pools viewing the ocean. Our stay was very nice, and the staff was very accommodating. We will be going back again!
