Great Airport Hotel without the Airport Hotel feel

We loved this hotel. Such a great pacific northwest feel and great location close to the airport. Checked in late and were able to have a late dinner at bar before it closed at 11. It was quiet too. So great!

I need to get my money back for this reservation. When I arrived, the hotel was closed and I had to find another place to stay. The hotel insisted they had sent me an email informing of this event. They had not I had no email from the Marriott. I need my money back.
