You will need to climb a set of stairs to reach the home, once you're inside the home, everything is on the same level.
You will have access to your 2nd floor unit, a front lawn seating area exclusive for your use and a shared patio. You will also have off street parking for 1 car.
Other details to note:
• We provide a starter pack of paper products
• Parking: 1 car (a $200+ value for weekly stays). Huge perk, as finding parking during summer is challenging or you must pay exorbitant fees at parking lots
• All televisions are Smart TVs; you can log in with your own accounts to continue what you were watching at home
Pet Policy:
We allow 1 small non-shedding dog with a nominal pet fee.
Guest Requirements
Per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site during the rental period. We kindly ask that the names, ages, and addresses of all guests be shared prior to check-in. For groups including guests under 21, the Borough of Seaside Heights requires signed consent forms from a parent or guardian.
To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, outside visitors are not permitted. Groups made up entirely of guests under 21, or those exceeding the number of registered guests, may be unable to check in.
Subleasing & Third-Party Bookings
For security and peace of mind, subleasing or transferring your reservation to another party is not allowed. No 3rd party booking, the booking person must stay through the reservation
