Overall an excellent experience. Great location, room was nice, modern and clean. Staff was welcoming, parking easy. Only complaint on checkout was a new front desk reception who did not know or check that prior staff had extended my checkout time by an hour and very rudely called my room - no hello - just it’s 11am. After explaining front desk had extended my checkout, she rudely just hung up on me with no comment and no apologies or goodbye. That employee needs better training.

The Archer is such a cool hotel. The decor is beautiful, the rooms are so tastefully done, the spaces are amazing. The location is really convenient. The staff is very attentive and they work hard to make the stay perfect.
