The property is very nice, seems to be new construction. The neighborhood is beautiful with shops and public transit within walking distance. You will need a good pair of shoes though, the hills are steep!
The room was small but had everything I needed and more: bed, TV, refrigerator, microwave, private bathroom, toilet, and sink. Downsides are that my window looked into the neighbors window, so you have to keep the blinds closed for privacy. There appeared to be some mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the shower was missing some grout/caulking on the inside of the shower near the door. I bring this up because there was a sign about closing the door to prevent damages, however the door was not properly sealed. Additionally, the walls are THIN! I could hear the neighboring rooms conversation and when their phone would vibrate.
Overall this was a nice little room with a comfortable bed. Most of my time was spend in the city, not my room, so the room accomplished what I needed.
