This 940 sq ft townhome is centrally located in Bellevue in a quiet community on 5-acres. It features 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and even a small fenced backyard for outdoor entertainment. Whether you're here to relax or to work (each bedroom has its own working desk), you'll have everything you need when you stay with us.



Kitchen

The fully upgraded kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook meals during your stay. It comes equipped with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave), solid wood cabinets, and granite slab countertops. And it's connected to the main living space via a pass-through window, so you can still watch TV or chat with friends while you cook.

Dining/Living Room

On the main floor of the home, you'll find the open dining and living room space. Centered around the oversized sectional sofa, the living room has enough seats for everyone to get comfy. If you're traveling with extra guests, you can convert the sofa into a double bed.



The dining room (with table seating for 4) is also located in the same room, so you can chat over meals or catch the game on TV when you please! Off the living room is the small backyard. Walk through the sliding glass doors and enjoy the fresh air while you fire up the BBQ or enjoy a cup of coffee.

Bedroom & Bathrooms

Both bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the home. The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a dedicated working desk. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed with its own working desk too. Both bedrooms share a full bath on the same floor. However, a separate half bath can also be found on the main floor next to the living and dining area.

The Neighborhood:

Located just 3 to 4 miles from T-Mobile, Microsoft, and Nintendo, this townhome is the perfect location for out-of-town employees. Downtown Bellevue is also a 3-mile drive away, as are the I-405, 520, and I-90 highways to reach Seattle or other areas of Washington.



However, you don't have to have a car to enjoy the sights and attractions. You'll be 6 blocks to Kelsey Creek Park and Playground and Glendale Country Club (a well maintained course and classy dining venue). The Larsen Lake Blueberry Farm is also nearby and offers trail walking, fishing, and blueberry picking.



Nearby shopping includes grocery store QFC and Kelsey Creek Center featuring Starbucks, Walmart, LA Fitness, and multiple shops & restaurants.
