the unit was not bad but for the price was super low key leaks in shower and sinks small unit no room around the bed to walk with out stubbing toes parking was tight but do able watch the gate likes to close fast

Stay at your own risk.

Area: Belltown is littered with homeless people and druggies. Not walkable especially after sunset Check-in: not convenient at all as there is no reception. They had a “greeter” that will give you access. If you fail to call the greeter 24hrs in advance and you go inside the property that you paid for, you will pay a fine The unit: old and dated. Relatively clean. However, the master bedroom is facing the alley and if you happen to stay there during garbage day, you will be woken up by the garbage truck and the stench of landfill. Also, sewage smell comes out of the bathroom sink. Checkout: you have to leave the garage remote in the unit but you need it to leave the property. So make sure you have another person to run back to the unit to drop off the remote after you leave. Otherwise you will be fined $250.

Truly right in the middle of everything. We walked to Pioneer square, Pikes market, Climate Pledge Arena, and the space needle. Great property - good size for 3 people. Some extra rules for the building - but our greeter and the materials we received ahead helped us navigate.
