Im in Seattle for a day because my connect flight to Taiwan isnt until midnight. The kind lady up front allowed me stay in the lobby until I need a shuttle ride back to the airport. Thats the best customer service Ive ever had and I appreciate them for accommodating someone from Ohio. Ienjoyed myself while staying on this property. Very accommodating, professional and kind. Ill definitely book through them again if I have a long layover in Seattle.

We stayed one night because of a 9 hour layover. The shuttle to and from the hotel was right on time. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Grab and go breakfast bags and a buffet break were both available.
