When checking in was offered a Bigger room for an extra additional cost was told the room would be alot bigger then what I had reserved . It turns out it was the exact same size just in a newer wing . Also my family and I got stuck in the elevator , after several mins they has someone pry the door open to get us out that wasn’t a good experience for children .

It’s not necessarily modern facilities, but the staff was amazing, they make it really easy to shuttle from the airport both ways, and they have a nice breakfast area! And the staff is great!

Shuttle was easy. Check-in was great and I was upgraded since I am a platinum member and I didn’t even ask. Also got a treat bag too. This was one of my best stays. Room was clean and nice. Loved the breakfast. I would stay here again when I come back to Seattle!

Property has an online early check in system that was a pain in the ass to complete and then was duplicated at the in person checkin so it did not speed things up and only added to confusion. The requested information online that was private such as a photo of my drivers license which I was reluctant to provide. They requested credit card info which they already had from the initial reservation and still required me to present the car and swipe it at checkin.
