They did not clean our room the third day without telling us at check-in time or writing down somewhere in the room for alerting. We asked for towels, but the front desk said we must come down to get them by ourselves in a commanding way. Also, the breakfast is not good, but it is free (I had once and skipped the other two.)

No hot water

No hot water, which wasn't really the issue cause I can make it through a cold shower. What really bother me was I spent $250 dollars for this room and was not offered any kind of voucher or discount on the price. The rooms were pretty old and dingy, breakfast was so-so and did I mention NO HOT WATER! Beds were decently comfortable but after 15 hours in flights and layovers all I wanted was a hot shower at the end of the day. I did not feel like I needed to be the one to ask for a rebate, it should have been immediately offered. I will not stay at this hotel again, period.

Overall a great stay. The beds were comfortable, room was very clean, breakfast was good. Not sure why they send a text to pre-register for your arrival, upload ID, and credit card info if you have to do it all again when you get there. The front desk staff that was checking me in acted like she did not know anything about the online check in. That was my only negative.

We stay here every time we are in Seattle, nice rooms comfy beds and great showers. Be sure to request a room away from the front desk and lobby as it was so loud we needed ear plugs to sleep. Breakfast is good would recommend.

Horrible check in process. They sent us in circles locating the room. The cleaners were still cleaning at 5pm. All we wanted to do was lay down in quietness. There were bugs in our bathroom. Hotel was a 2 star at best.
