- There are 2 portable AC units, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, the building doesn't have central AC.



Guest Access:

Panoramic views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound are available from the building's rooftop terrace. We have a barbecue pit with tables and chairs. Drinking wine or coffee while overlooking the water is an excellent way to spend an afternoon or evening. A great place to watch the ferries sail in and out, as well as admire the sunset.



There's also a European courtyard with fountains and hummingbirds if you're looking for some peace and quiet after all the hustle and bustle of city life and sight-seeing.

There is no charge for parking in this well-lit and well-guarded garage. The elevator will take you straight to your apartment! The availability of free or on-site parking is uncommon because it is so expensive in Seattle.



There is a swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness center, and a club room available.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in the center of Belltown. Belltown's 2nd Avenue location is the best in the city. You're only a few blocks from some of the city's most popular attractions. Three blocks from the Pike Place Market; five blocks away is Space Needle.



Don't feel like going for a jog or a drive today? You can take a bus, a Lyft or Uber to the stadiums for the Seattle Seahawks and Mariners, the Seattle Center, Pioneer Square, and the Great Wheel. 99 walk score.

*. Noise Disclosure: This building is located in the heart of downtown Seattle. Please expect some noise from the street and neighboring units. Light sleepers may consider using earplugs for a more restful experience.

*. AC Disclosure: We have 2 portable AC. One in the living room. Another one in the master bedroom. No central AC.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
