- The fantastic Capitol Hill Annual Block Party is July 18 - 20. Guests should expect a festival atmosphere on nearby streets with traffic, and you may be able to hear the bands/musicians. You will have your reserved parking space, but street parking will be limited. Please do not book this weekend if this will not be okay with you. It is a fun time!
- Guest will be required to sign a Guest Stay Agreement with Copper Key Properties and have a $500 security deposit hold for June-July 2026 stays

Loved the location of this amazing house. Minutes from amazing restaurants, public transport, and the grocery. The house is nice and comfortable with everything you might need and parking even for a mini van! Great stay!

The house was perfectly located within easy access to bus lines, downtown and many attractions. We appreciated the off-street parking, the very well stocked kitchen and the overall comfort of the house. The beds were comfortable, there was coffee and ample cooking pots and tools. Loved the walkability of this location! We enjoyed a great stay and Lauren, the property a manger, was very communicative and helpful. Bathroom is upstairs, and one bedroom is downstairs, and the other is upstairs. Beds were super comfy! Thanks for lovely stay!

Perfect Spot for a Long Weekend!

This was the perfect rental for our group (4 adults)! The house was fully stocked with everything we could have needed (linens, kitchen supplies, towels, toiletries, etc.) Host was always super quick to respond when we did have questions. They also provided a guide to the neighborhood which was super helpful when trying to plan out activities/make reservations. Location was perfect - convenient to restaurants and not far from Pike's Place, but on a quiet street. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Seattle!

The house was a great place to stay, within easy walking distance of a funky and happening neighborhood with lots of cool restaurants and shops. Would be not a hard walk downtown or a quick Uber. The owners were wonderful, even replacing the pepper when they noticed it was missing. It was a wonderful place to stay while exploring Seattle.

Great location

Came for the weekend and the Seahawks game it was less than a ten minute Uber from Lumen Field. Overall really clean and in the perfect spot, everything was within walking distance. Owner left a very detailed binder full of everything you needed to know about your stay and it was very helpful picking restaurants, attractions etc.
