The bathroom, including the tub, was not clean. Does anyone look into the toilet? The tub was a real mess. Peeling paint, peeling caulking and something black in corner of tub that moved! Ick! Double ick after long flight and heinous prices.

The hotel's location is great, and the breakfast staff are one of the most hardworking people making sure food and hot beverages were always replenished. Our main dissatisfaction was with front desk staff and the claim that rooms are which sorely need training. We stayed with 2 young kids for 7 nights and not once was the room made. Had to ask for new towels and take out the trash. Requested the room be made the next morning sincebaby When we returned to the room, it had not been made. Front desk lady insisted their system showed that the room has been made and mom asked her to come see for herself. Eventually got our own linens and made our own beds again.
