I had a great experience at Hotel Andrä! The staff was amazing. Really sweet and very helpful. Although, the bar on site was not open, which I was really looking forward to having a drink in their pet friendly open space. But they are utilizing the bar from the restaurant next door which was nice. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful clean hotel.

We recently stayed at the hotel. We decided to have dinner at Lola since it was in the hotel. Our experience was horrible! We were ignored, the night specials were not offered to us, even though I asked for dinner suggestions. They took our order, brought our meal out. Which was horrible! Salmon was oily and some pieces were either under cooked or burned, french fries were soggy and calamari war extra crispy! They never came back to check on us if everything was ok or needed drinks refills. The server walked by once, asked if everything was ok. I responded, no and he smiled and kept on walking. Didn't eat any of our food. Asked for the bill. The manager came out to collect our paymet. He asked if everything was ok. I responded with a no. I explained what was wrong. Which he responded with a smile and said "you should've said something". Charged my credidt card and said thank you. Never had such a horrible experience.

I had a great stay here while visiting Seattle for a conference at the Convention Center Summit. The location was very walkable to the convention center and market area, and there are several great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The hotel atmosphere was great, but the selling point was the bed, which was hands down the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The in-room Nespresso machine was also a great touch. If in the area again, I would absolutely stay here.

We loved the Hotel Andra. Beautiful concept, close to good food and the Market. Staff was always attentive, esp. Fabrizio, the concierge, who booked an excellent ride for us back to the airport. Eat ANYTHING at Lola = so good!

Stay was amazing, staff was amazing and friendly , hotel was clean and tidy only complaint it got a bit noisy during the week with doors being slammed constantly . I’m pretty sure from cleaning . But it was my only complaint .
