I booked this stay on a whim as it was a price similar to another hotel. In the photos they clearly capitalize on the shiny skyscrapers but in the reality it feels like you're in the slum part of Gotham City. New owners, didn't know how to make coffee, zero proactive assistance.
Key lock for door is one that can VERY easily be picked and you cannot lock the deadbolt after leaving. Didn't feel unsafe but worth considering if you have a lot of valuables.
Beds are comfortable. Friendly staff. Heat/AC rooms. Hot shower. Room has refrigerator and microwave. No coffee maker in room. No chain on door. Tv/cable didn't work. They have ice cold water in large dispenser in lobby. They have free coffee in lobby. No self serve laundry. No vending. They do have an ice maker near the lobby. If you have a car, it looks like they have limited parking. In walking distance to restaurants, train station and pike place market.
The room was good for a quick stay, but it felt a little run down. The tv didn’t work at all and you can tell that they are still making improvements to the units. I went the cheaper route for this trip and well, I got what I paid for lol.
First, the clerk couldn't find my reservation. The room he assigned was perhaps the worst I've ever stayed in (dingy, dark, dirty). And the wi-fi didn't work.
Theres really no Hot water
Took long time to warm it up and still never give us any hot water at all
Not even a pot for hot water and no space in the bathroom for your stuff.
