We install a Ring security camera in the parking area to make sure guests checking in smoothly. It’s a 5 units apartment building. Every unit is completely private.

*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests staying in the unit above. You may hear noise from the unit above occasionally.

*. Parking Disclosure: You have one designated parking spaces next to the building. Free street parking is also easily available. There is also a parking space with EV outlet in front of building that is shared by this building. Feel free to use it if needed.

*. AC Disclosure: There is one mini-split AC in the living room. There is no AC in the bedroom.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
