Quiet unit with all HEATED polished concrete FLOORS and two stylish bathrooms. Gourmet kitchen with gas range and stone counters. Eight foot ceilings throughout apartment. Master bedroom has king bed & its own bathroom with tile shower. Hall bathroom has shower. Hide-a-bed couch that is brand new and has fold out memory foam mattress. TV now new larger one. Apartment has had extensive soundproofing so you are comfortable. Owner is builder.

This part of Ballard is among the most peaceful yet close to the action of Ballard. We are west of 24th which is less busy than east of 24th. We are one house off of 28th, the boundary of all single family homes to the west, again a more relaxed area than to the east. You can easily walk to the Green Grocer, Olaf's, Rupee, Kimchi House, Samara & Piccolinos on 32nd-walk! and Copine (Michelin rated gourmet restaurant!) and the new gourmet place ADDO which are due east on 24th and 63rd. If you want a more extensive grocery selection hit QFC on 24th and 57th. Walkable! And just two more blocks is Market Street and Ballard Avenue, the main streets in Old Ballard. Ballard Ave. is one of the best streets in Seattle full of shops, restaurants and pubs! If you are in town on Sunday a must attend is the Ballard Sunday Market on Ballard Ave!
