The bed was hard and on some kind of metal pedestal that you hit with your foot every time you got near the bed. It made a gong like sound each time and there was no box spring. The pillows! There were 4 throw pillow size pillows on a king size bed. Not ok. No cell cord plug ins. Plastic silverware and no forks. We were on the 2nd floor and the ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go downstairs for ice. It didn't kill me to go downstairs but you expect things to be in working order. Breakfast- not described as continental or lite - consisted of cereal or waffles. The staff was not friendly. It could have been worse but we will never stay here again.

I stayed for a few days, I regretted it a lot... I paid the money for nothing and I couldn't get it back... There was a horrible smell in the room, the furniture IS very old and damaged... the bathroom taps are old and leaky... I found cockroaches... I don't recommend it to anyone... for this location the price is very high

?This is a 3 star Wyndham property? Lack of power outlets. Room had power strip with one open socket. Bathroom can see dust in exhaust fan. Loose fixture. Tub well loved(worn). One towel from front desk was more bathmat than towel and it wasn't a bathmat. 2nd floor hallway door left/kept open whole time. Outdoor steps slippery if shoes wet despite steps being dry. Cracked double pane window, some fogging between panes. Breakfast was oatmeal packets, yogurt and small apples which technically is a breakfast. Something off about the yogurt...grainy texture which had me wonder about food safety. Light switch for table lamp an uncovered screw. Solution must have been light switch by door (other side of the room). Dresser drawers didn't really want to open. Coffee maker on tray on microwave on fridge all using power strip along with TV. The guy (I assume it was a guy) in the next room started snoring loud enough that my son's phone sleeping app registered the snores. Are the walls thin? What can we do to make this property technically qualify as a 3 star property? pluses: room was clean, reception person was kind
