Fairly basic accommodation but in a good location. About 30 min walk to Pike Place Market and the pier. We had the accessible room which was right by the entrance so there was a lot of noise with the door constantly slamming.

No elevator. There is a sign asking you to text a number for assistance with luggage. I texted and waited 15 minutes with no help. Ended up carrying suitcases up and down to the 6th floor.

The room was surprisingly small yet perfect. I loved how clean it was, the lighting was great and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. It had everything I needed except an iron and ironing board. All of my clothes were wrinkled from being packed and I had formal events to attend so I stressed about it. I finally messaged Sonder through the app and someone showed up within 15 minutes and saved the day! I was so happy and relieved…and pleasantly surprised by how fast they helped solve the problem. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

The location was fantastic! The only thing I would say is the front door is quite noisy and at night it can wake you up. The other guests were very respectful but it couldn't be avoided. I would stay again but not at the front of the building on the first floor. Thank you!

I enjoyed our stay, the only thing that caught me off guard was the room cleaning. The building itself was always spectacular it was clean and I don’t know how they did it but it always smelled wonderful when we walked in. The room was very clean when we arrived, but what I didn’t know, was that it cost extra to have your room cleaned during your stay. It wasn’t a terrible thing, but it was something that I wasn’t expecting, and I wish it was mentioned beforehand.

This place doesn’t have an elevator, which is a real pain if your room is on one of the upper floors. My room was on the 6th floor, which made it difficult for me to go upstairs. Apart from that, everything else was good.

These Sonder by Marriot Bonvoy places are the perfect hybrid between an actual hotel and a hostel! The staff were excellent, the room was clean an amenities were of high quality. I would definitely stay there again!
