Staff was nice when we arrived that night. Breakfast selection was limited at a cost no hot coffee was available when we went for some in the lobby. It was empty. Front desk in the morning had no idea what to do.

The room was clean and accommodating. The staff was friendly The hotel advertised as having a spa hot tub and was the reason I booked there. Upon arrival realized the hot tub was broken and was informed there was no intention to fix it.

There is very limited staff. I asked at 11 am to get a sheet change in my room and they told me it was too late in the day. Too late? It’s still morning! No housekeeping ever came around ever. Check in process took a very long time. We had to pay for parking, which was weird since there were absolutely no cars in the parking lot whatsoever. It’s not in a city setting, so what is the need for a parking fee? The staff just did not seem to care about our needs whatsoever. There was also no breakfast attendant. If you did want breakfast, have fun paying for overpriced milk and cereal. I felt like a burden asking for anything. Room is fine. It’s weird that the microwave and fridge is next to the toilet room. Listen to me. Do not come here for your next business trip or if you’re wanting to visit Bellevue or Seattle. You will not get your needs met. Go somewhere that has a staff that gives a d*mn.

The room had mold growing above the bed, there was hair inside the refrigerator, the spa was broken. They advertised breakfast but it consisted of cereal and oatmeal. Not even a single fruit. This place was super disappointing.
