The first person to help me check in was great and was very friendly. The person that help me check out seemed to just be on auto pilot wanting to just get it done. The free breakfast was fine I just wish the waffles weren't the prepackaged kind not my favorite. The bed was a bit hard but overall not terrible.

Wonderful Hotel. All employees that I came into contact with were professional and kind. The gentleman that checked us in was very kind and courteous. He made us feel very comfortable. When we arrived we were notified that the room we asked for wasn’t available and had been over booked the staff informed us that we received a comp suite and that was perfectly ok. Getting to the meat and potatoes of it all, this hotel is a quick walk to the Starbucks Reserve Roastery and also quick walk to Pike Place Market. Phenomenal place to stay for sure.
