Modern 4-level townhouse just a block from Ballard’s vibrant Market St! Enjoy a sunlit living room, rooftop deck with Olympic views, and A/C in the living room and master bedroom. First-floor suite includes dedicated bath and kitchenette. Walk to top restaurants, cafés, shops, and the Sunday Farmers Market. Easy access to downtown/UW via RapidRide D/E and bus lines 28, 40, and 44. Safe, quiet, and full of charm.

The space
Our home is a newly built townhouse from 2023, about 1,200 sqft in size, and in an amazing location! It’s just a 15-minute bus ride to both UW and downtown Seattle — super convenient for getting around.

-Perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together:

-Bedrooms on both the first and third floors — great for privacy and flexibility

-A/C in the third-floor master bedroom and living room; the first floor stays naturally cool in the summer

- Kitchen and living room are on the second floor; laundry is just outside the master bedroom on the third floor

-The rooftop deck offers beautiful sunset views and sights of the Olympic Mountains!

My husband and I have lived in Ballard for two years and absolutely love it. On weekends, we enjoy visiting local plant shops, sipping coffee, and strolling through the Sunday Farmer’s Market. There’s even a climbing gym just 5 minutes away — a dream for outdoor lovers!


TRANSPORTATION:
If you don't have a car, great! This is a very walkable neighborhood. Walk to Safeway and Walgreens. Don't miss the Seattle's famous Sunday farmer's market! This is my favorite part about Ballard. There are many exotic foods to explore and vintage shops to visit while still being residential. Uber/Lyft is easy in the area. Bus stop #28 is 5 mins walk and the rapid D line is 8 mins walk. Both can take you straight to Seattle downtown in about 15 mins.

GETTING IN & OUT FROM AIRPORT:
If you travel by air, public transportation can't be easier. You can take the 1-line link from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport straight to downtown. Then you can hop on bus route # 28 or # 44 to our place. From our townhouse, bus # 28 is 5 mins walk and bus #44 is 2 mins walk! How easy!

Other things to note
This unit doesn't have assigned parking but it should have no problem finding a spot nearby. If you arrive late and street parking is filled up in front of the townhouse, try circle back 1 block away(2 mins walk) and you should be able to find something
