I usually don’t write bad reviews but this really made my stay not pleasant. The thermostat in the room was not working. It was radiating hot air. The showers were terrible as the water were going out into the bathroom. I had to put towels to stop the water from moving any further. And also the steam room facility felt unsanitary. The fridge in room did not really keep my drinks and food cold. As I sat in the steam room it had a slimy feel to it. But other than that, staff and service was on point.

Very reasonable price because not only are you 2 blocks off the port area but the rooms and bathrooms are very nice and very clean, and really spacious.

The only downside to this hotel is the in room service. The tv has limited channels and no access to streaming services. What little channels they did have to choose from half of them did not even work. Otherwise this is a great hotel and the staff are amazing!! I have stayed here twice and would definitely stay here a third time.
