The house is very large and a perfect size for family and even an extended family. The kitchen had everything you could need and more. I was traveling with my husband and 2 adult children and most days and nights my oldest daughter and son in law stopped in. We had more than enough room! The pool was kept at a very nice warm temperature which came in handy for the cooler week we were there. Overall the house was very clean and I have to say the owner, Ryan was very accommodating with the 2 requests I had! He was prompt and a pleasure. He was kind enough to drop off 2 electric bikes that we thoroughly enjoyed and if offered through a rental again we would definitely take advantage of this. We did not use the golf cart but it was in the garage and is brand new and exactly as appears in the photos provided. The garage is a great place, clean and set up with a ping pong table. Outdoor by the pool had plenty of seating and a tv so we could watch our NFL team by the pool that was awesome! The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location! We brought our 15 pound King Charles and she loved it as well! As this rental allows pets I was extremely happy with the cleanliness. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the back living room furniture did have a slight urine smell but the owner mentioned he is replacing the living room furniture. I believe you would be very happy with this rental and Ryan is sure to help make that possible he definitely wants his guests to love their stay.

Communication with the owner was outstanding from start to finish—he was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. When we arrived, the Christmas tree was already up, cold water was waiting in the fridge, the pool heater was on, and the pack and play was set up for us. The home had everything we needed and more, and it was spotless and comfortable. He is dog-friendly, and our pups couldn’t have been happier. It was truly such a great experience, and we will absolutely be back. Highly recommend to anyone considering this property!

This house accommodates a large family n friends with space. All the amenities for cooking, beaching, bicycling and the heated pool topped it off considerably with the bad weather we experienced. Kitchen was fully stocked. Our dog loved the fenced yard. We would definitely stay here again! Very easy communication with owner.

Spent a week at the house and already planning for the next time. Convenient to everything. Great neighborhood. Quiet. The house has a lot of amenities. Families would love it! Well stocked kitchen with evey small appliance you could need. Staples available too, if you need. It is a very comfortable place to be. Communication was outstanding. Clear, timely and responsive.

Me and my wife spent 3 weeks at this property.We also were allowed to bring our Labrador retriever. This property has everything you need for your family stay. Ryan was very easy to work with and I would stay here again in the future.

Pool was excellent! Location was close to the beaches and I 95 quiet neighborhood. Very spacious with plenty of closet space and dining space. Provided wagon for beach and beach toys. Also provided gas for outdoor grill. Overall a perfect stay for a large group. 👍😀

The house was nice. Perfect for a family. TV’s in every room and outside. Everything provided. We went there to check out the area for a future vacation. Only problem was that my husband was sick first and then he gave it to me so we didn’t get out much. I would consider Vero for more action.

Nice accommodations, great for families.

Nice house, great for a family getaway! Pool, outdoor grill and plenty of activities to keep kids busy. Lots of board games, indoor mini basketball games (kids loved), and a multi use foosball, table hockey, and pool table. Owner was straightforward and easy to work with, he checked in on us to make sure everything was okay.
