I was disappointed in this Best Western property. The room was nicely decorated and clean, however, the shower gel and hair conditioner dispensers did not work. The room was uncomfortably cold and we could not get the heater controls to work. We expected a continental breakfast, but discovered that it was discontinued the previous week.
