The staff is absolutely stellar and super-friendly! We were provided with rides up to the uptown parking lot, which saved us a lot of time and effort. Blown away by the staff, especially the valets. They went above and beyond for us, especially since we had been given a Tesla by our rental company, so charging was a major concern. They have a slow charger on site and made sure to have our car fully charged and easily accessible every morning. Would recommend and stay when we visit again!
