Could’ve been better

I loved the fact that it was close to a lot of restaurants. What I didn’t care for, was the layout of the hotel. I didn’t like the fact that they were separate buildings. Also, a complimentary breakfast would’ve been nice! I also told them I wanted daily housekeeping and I didn’t receive it after my first night there. Also, the “balcony” was just 2 chairs on a slab of concrete.. very misleading.

Extremely loud, no one slept. In addition the fire alarm was constantly going off throughout the night. We then asked for a late check out and came back to our room to find an employee hanging out (not working) in our room with the door closed—not open like a regular cleaning) and all of our luggage was still in there. It scared us to death when we came back and left us feeling uneasy about whether we had all of our belongings. I alerted the front desk and they were very dismissive. Not recommended.

Beautiful property

The properties are very well maintained beautiful location. The rooms were very comfortable with plenty of space. It is a 20 to 30 minute drive up to Sedona, but it was nice having a quieter location. There is also a back trailhead for which you can get to Cathedral rock very easily. is also located close to the Bell rock trailhead. There’s also a gym which is more than sufficient. We did not get time to utilize the pool or hot tub good local restaurants as well.

We were not sure what to expect as there were some pretty bad reviews, but we gave it a chace and im glad we did. The property is well maintained, very friendly staff. Pool and hot tubs were within a 5 minute walk from our room (1104-p). 20 minute drive to Sedona-lots to do there; 20 mintues to cliff casino- small but really nice environment; 40 minutes to Jerome where there's an awesome drive and lots of history. We will be back for sure.

Even though I prepaid I arrived and they did not have my room available . They did not call or email or text to notify me of this I have been downgraded I would like my money refunded I had booked a larger room to accommodate my family including a baby now we are all cramped. Had a fabulous stay at this property last week. Staff were wonderful and did everything they could to accommodate (even replaced an old bed that was giving us substantial back pain). The area around the property is residential and a golf course so it's quiet and peaceful which was important to us. Units are huge which we loved, full kitchens (including full stove and oven), so it was convenient to cook at the unit (there are also BBQ's but we didn't use them). Water pressure in the shower could be increased, other than that, we had a great stay and can't want to come back!

We booked the property last minute visit to Sedona. Was impressed with the clean facilities and close access to restaurants and Tesla charging station. Only concern was that one of the rooms was not available for checkin and we had to wait for an hour
