Fully stocked and equipped kitchen with filtered water (not RO) at the sink, no need to buy a lot of plastic water jugs. Best quality, high thread count white linens on all the beds. Open floor plan, minutes to stores, trails, red rock views and fun! The perfect retreat for family and friends. August 2025 Renovation including new wood floors etc.

This was a wonderful property. We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our group. Beautifully decorated with everything we needed. The bonus was watching the hot air balloons from the front porch with our morning coffee.

We have stayed in Joel’s beautiful home several times and will definitely return. Very comfortable home with very nice recent updates. We love the sauna and hot tub. Location is perfect: close to everything yet quiet/peaceful. The host is a great communicator and very thoughtful to guests. This is our favorite place to stay in Sedona by far.

Great place to relax and recharge, very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Excellent location near restaurants, grocery stores, Farmer's Market, Hiking Trails, and ATV Rentals. Beautiful views from the porch, and the patio with an abundance of bird watching, and stargazing.

We had the most incredible time in Sedona! This house is full of charm and close to everything, yet you still feel like you have plenty of privacy. Joel was very quick and attentive to answer any questions. We really enjoyed the shower amenities! We loved the hot tub and sauna as well! This place is a GEM!!! I came with 5 girlfriends to sight see and hike and we all loved this lovely home. So comfortable (bedding, beds, and furniture), and very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The views are spectacular!! Host was excellent to deal with!
