The room was due for an update. The carpet was worn out and you could see threads on one end where you walked into the room. The refrigerator made a sound every time it would stop cooling down. This was annoying when you try to sleep or star asleep. The staff were very nice.

A wonderful stay

We stayed two nights and due to our decision had to move rooms. The first room was great. The second not so much. The second room an ADA room was a little funky. The shower in the tub, its handle couldn’t be turned all the way due to placement of the handles. There were other issues as well that were just funky. Overall tough a wonderful place and stay.

Tucked perfectly in the upper Sedona Plateau the suites are in Pueblo-style buildings with multiple pools and hot tubs. Having a full kitchen was so nice. We would have breakfast in the room, go hike, return for lunch and relaxation at the pools, then go out for dinner.
