Most services are good. One thing makes me not happy: every one who first checks in is supposed to get a bottle of free water, But we did not, when I asked why, the front desk lady said because we booked through Expedia. In other word, we booked through Expedia, we receive different services. One small bottle of water is not a big deal, but the treatment is very bad.

I stayed in the King bed 1 BR suite. It was clean and spacious. I LOVED the big shower head and deep bathtub. I enjoyed the Crabtree & Evelyn shower gel and lotion. The bed and sofabed were comfortable. The mock fireplace created a cozy atmosphere.
