This private Uptown Cozy Basement apartment is completely separate (NO SHARED SPACE) from the main house with its own entrance. Enjoy the private patio with Hot Tub, Fire-pit, and the BEST VIEWS in Sedona! We are in the ultimate location in Sedona within walking distance of trails, the best restaurants, and the shops! NONE OF THE SPACE IS SHARED WITH THE UPSTAIRS UNIT. THE HOT TUB IS COMPLETELY PRIVATE AND THE UPSTAIRS UNIT HAS THEIR OWN HOT TUB/FIRE PIT AS WELL.
No shared space with upstairs! All private entrance and patio. It’s a 1 bedroom basement with King bed and a luxury trundle bed with another luxury trundle in the main living area. The patio boasts the Best views of Snoopy Rock and others with a relaxing lounge area by
the private hot tub and Fire-pit.

Great views and great location

Great spot for a weekend trip to Sedona! House was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Patio had excellent views, location was great for getting around. We did have a car so getting to and from the shuttle lots and trail heads was easier, ymmv if you don’t have one.Host promptly answered our questions when asked and had all the check in info ready in advance.Highly recommend!
